General questions
What is the Manuly dog mat?
The Manuly dog mat is a functional mat for dogs, consisting of a self-inflating sleeping mat and a cover. It offers optimal comfort and protection for your four-legged companion.
It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Which dog breeds is it suitable for?
The Manuly dog mat is suitable for dogs of all breeds and sizes. It is available in different sizes (S, M, L) to ensure an optimal fit and enough space for your dog to lie down. If you are unsure, simply use our dog breed guide.
What is the difference between this and an ordinary dog mat or dog blanket?
While standard dog mats are usually water-repellent on the underside, they often lack padding. A dog blanket, on the other hand, typically consists of a layer of fabric and is therefore well-suited for placing on furniture (e.g., a sofa).
The Manuly dog mat has a 2.5cm thick foam core that can be compressed into a small size thanks to the valve. This makes the Manuly dog mat easy to store and convenient to take anywhere.
Is the mat also suitable for indoor use?
Yes, the Manuly dog mat is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
It offers your dog a comfortable place to rest anywhere, whether at home, in a restaurant, on the beach or while camping.
What materials do we use?
It was and is particularly important to us that the materials we use are of high quality and do not contain any harmful substances.
Therefore, the covers are made from ÖkoTex-certified fabrics and the sleeping mats are made from 100% TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane).
Both fabrics used for the covers are non-toxic, which is especially important in case the dog chews the mat or swallows small pieces. Chewed pieces should still be removed to prevent choking.

Use and handling
What do I need to consider before first use?
Before first use, you should inflate the Manuly thoroughly once so that the inside of the mat can fill with air. After that, the sleeping mat will inflate itself as described.
The more often you use the mat, the more flexible the inside becomes and the faster it fills with air.
Is the mat also suitable for puppies?
It really depends on the puppy, of course. Many young dogs like to explore and chew on things with their sharp little teeth. We therefore recommend using the mat only after the milk teeth have come in.
How does a self-inflating sleeping mat work?
The self-inflating sleeping mat of the Manuly dog mat works very simply: Open the valve of the sleeping mat, and it fills itself with air.
Once the desired firmness is reached, close the valve again.
Why do I need a reference?
Manuly's covers are designed to further improve the comfort of the dog mat and to protect the sleeping mat from dog claws and sharp objects such as stones.
What is the difference between indoor and outdoor covers?
The two covers differ only in their underside.
The outdoor covers have a water-repellent underside and can therefore be used without hesitation even on damp surfaces.
How is the dog blanket set up and taken down?
Setting up the Manuly dog mat is straightforward: unroll the mat, open the valve, let in air. Close the valve, and the dog mat is ready for use.
To disassemble, open the valve again, push the air towards the valve while rolling it up so that it can escape, and slowly roll up the dog mat.
Can the sleeping mat be used separately?
No, the self-inflating sleeping mat of the Manuly dog mat should not be used without the cover.
The covers are specially made and tailored for the Manuly sleeping mat. This is the only way to optimally protect the sleeping mat from claws, pebbles, or other sharp objects.
What to do if your sleeping mat is losing air?
The Manuly sleeping mat is designed for both short and long-term use.
As with other air mattresses and sleeping mats, the mat may lose air over time. This is because the material continues to expand. If you would like to add more air to the sleeping mat, open the valve and blow into it firmly 2-3 times.
If you want to use the Manuly as a travel cot , that works too, of course.
My sleeping mat has a hole!
A hole can always occur, that's not a problem.

What are the application areas of the Manuly?
During development, we made sure that the Manuly could be used both indoors and outdoors. Whether in the garden, in a restaurant, at a friend's house, on a trip, at dog training school, or on a day trip.
But of course, the Manuly is also suitable as a travel bed for both short weekend trips and 2-3 week holidays.
Care and cleaning
How can the cover be cleaned?
The cover of the Manuly dog mat can be removed and washed at 30 degrees if needed. Please note that only the cover can be washed; the mat itself is not machine washable.
How do you clean the self-inflating Manuly sleeping mat?
The self-inflating sleeping mat of the Manuly dog mat cannot be cleaned in the washing machine. Instead, wipe it with a damp cloth and allow it to dry thoroughly.

What sizes are available and which one fits my dog?
The Manuly sleeping mat is available in the following sizes:
S (60 x 40 cm)
M (80 x 60 cm)
L (100 x 70 cm)

What color is the cover available in?
The Manuly sleeping mat cover is available in olive green and anthracite.
The teddy bear fabric is available in olive green, while the long-haired version comes in anthracite. Choose the color that best suits your personal style and taste, and which material your dog feels most comfortable on.
Don't worry, all the colors look great and they're cuddly and fluffy!
Why is the mat 2.5 cm thick?
We decided to start with a sleeping mat thickness of 2.5 cm. This gives your dog a nice, padded lying surface and allows you to roll the mat up as small as possible for transport.
What are the dimensions of the mats when rolled up?
The primary focus was always on ensuring that the Manuly is not only comfortable for the dog, but also rolls up as small as possible for easy transport and storage. The sizes refer to the sets, i.e., the sleeping mat with cover:
S = approx. circumference: 35 x height 25cm
M = approx. circumference: 40 x height: 34 cm
L = approx. Circumference: 45 x Height: 40 cm
How much does a Manuly set weigh?
The weight naturally depends on the size of the mat. You can find all weight specifications here:

Shipping and returns
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time for the Manuly dog mat varies depending on your location. However, shipping typically takes between 3 and 5 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Which shipping provider will be used to ship my order?
We ship all packages using DHL standard shipping.
Where is my invoice or delivery note?
For the sake of the environment, we forgo everything that is not absolutely necessary. Therefore, documents such as order confirmations and invoices are sent via email in PDF format.
How does the return process work?
We comply with all legal regulations. In the event of a cancellation, the customer bears the return shipping costs. For warranty or guarantee claims, we will provide a return label. If our inspection reveals improper use, the return shipping costs will be invoiced retroactively.
Of course, returns should be sent to our company address in Hamburg.

Can I have my delivery sent to a parcel locker?
Yes, that's possible. Enter your postal code in the company field. In the address field, write " Parcel Station " + the number of the station to which we should send your Manuly mat.
The other data, such as postal code and city, will be filled in automatically.
Payment & Guarantee
Will I receive confirmation of my payment?
Yes, you will receive confirmation of your payment via email. Please also check your spam folder if you cannot find the email in your inbox.
Where can I buy a voucher?
If you would like to give someone a voucher from our shop, simply contact us via the contact form.
Is there a warranty on the Manuly?
We offer a one-year warranty on the Manuly sleeping mat when used with a Manuly cover. The warranty is void if the Manuly mat is used without a cover or with covers from third parties.
