Shipping & Returns

Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery only (Germany). 

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value (gross product value):

For goods valued at up to €54.99, shipping costs are €5.90.
We offer free shipping on orders valued at €55.00 or more.

Shipping to the European Union (EU):
Up to 1 kg shipping weight: €12.00
From 1 kg shipping weight: €17.00

Returns

We comply with legal regulations. In the event of cancellation, the customer bears the return shipping costs. In the case of warranty or guarantee claims, we will provide a return label. If our inspection reveals improper use, the return shipping costs will be charged retrospectively.

Returns should be sent to our company address in Hamburg.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 3–5 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
For deliveries within the EU, delivery will be made within 5–10 working days, unless otherwise stated in the offer.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
